Bodyshell
Shell strengthened and lightened. Safety Devices 6 point roll cage. Shell built in South Wales by RRR Motorsports Ltd.

Engine
Engine1580cc 8 valve Peugeot 205 Based unit. Skip Brown ported big valve head. Peugeot Sport “hi torque” rally camshaft. Balanced bottom end with lightened pistons and rods. GTI-6 oil pump with Group A spring, competition white metal shells. 200mm Helix clutch. Twin 40 DCOE Weber carburettors. Peugeot de-limited ECU, 135BHP @ 7500RPM.

Transmission

Peugeot BE3 five speed gearbox fitted with 4.8 CWP. Tran-X LSD. Rose jointed gear linkage and phosphor bronze gearlinkage bushes.

Exhaust

Tubular 1st stage race exhaust manifold and AB Motorsport modified Peugeot sports system.

Brakes

Front:- Willwood 4 pot calipers on 280mm discs Performance Friction Pads. Rear:- Disc brakes Mintex 1144 pads. Hydraulic handbrake and bias valve.

Suspension
Peugeot Sport Coil Over Bilstein front with tarmac springs and inserts. Fully adjustable rose jointed bottom arms. 22mm front anti roll bar. Peugeot Sport Group A negative camber rear arms. 21mm torsion bars. 23mm rear anti roll bar. Group A rear beam mounting kit.

Pipework

Internal brake and fuel lines (Aeroquip) throughout car.

InteriorInterior

Sparco EVO seats. Multi adjustable brackets. 3” Nicky Grist 6 point harnesses. Modified door cards, foot trays. Brantz trip meter, map light, terraphone intercom and practice head sets. Map light for co driver.

Fire Protection
Lifeline Electronic fully plumbed in system together with lifeline hand held extinguisher.

Wheels and Tyres

15” Speedline Alloys. 195/50 X 15 TOYO R888 tyres. Compounds medium soft and super soft. Tyre sets cut to inter and full wet as required.
